How do you clear an overgrown yard?

How much does overgrowth removal cost?
Cost depends on the area, vegetation density, access, terrain, debris volume and the finish requested. Coob’s provides free on-site estimates. Ask for roots, stumps, grading, sod and planting to be itemized when those are part of the project.
What is the difference between brush clearing and a regular yard cleanup?
Brush clearing focuses on unwanted woody growth, vines and dense vegetation. A regular yard cleanup may focus on leaves, clippings or routine maintenance. Describe the conditions you have so the estimate reflects the actual work required.
Can you clear around mature trees or along a fence?

Do you haul away the removed vegetation?
Coob’s existing overgrowth-removal service includes debris hauling. Confirm what materials will be removed and how the site will be left in your written estimate, especially if there are large piles or materials beyond vegetation.
Are roots and stumps included?
Do not assume that cutting or clearing vegetation includes every root or stump. Point them out during the walk-through and ask which will be removed, left in place or handled as separately priced work.
How do I keep brush from growing back?
Ask about a follow-up plan for the vegetation on your property. The initial cleanup should not be treated as a guarantee against regrowth. Discuss monitoring, maintenance and any site-specific follow-up work before deciding how to finish the area.
Can you work through a narrow gate or on a slope?
Access and terrain are assessed on site. Share gate widths, steps, slopes and nearby features when requesting an estimate. Equipment choice and the clearing approach depend on those conditions; access cannot be confirmed from the service description alone.
How long does overgrowth removal take?
